is this site secure?
Absolutely! Both our SWF Preferrred website and our Secure rental application link is protected iwth the most current level of security and encription avalalble.
is there an application fee?
Yes. Once you have completed your application you will be able to pay the application fee direclty on our secure site.
is there a background check?
Once your application is complete, we submit it to for a complete background check. Results usually come within 1 business day.
What do i need to apply?
To submit a complete application you will need to provide direclty on the secure site: your information and rental history, state issued photo id, pay stubs, pet records if needed, application fee.
what does the background check look for?
There are multiple factors that determine eligibility. Our background check company has a formula that scores: salary/criminal/eviction/credit history. Not to worry if there is an issue with just one of these. Eligiblility is determined by using a complete picture of the applicant.
Do you allow for cosigners?
Yes. We understand that sometimes cosigners can be a viable option for some. Cosigners and or roommates will also submit a separate application.
